- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10business days. Free on orders over $250 CAD
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days. Rates will vary based on the size and weight of the order.
- Shipping and delivery rates will be caluculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, and delays may occur due to factors such as weather or holidays.
Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to Canada and USA. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other countries at this time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our store.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, shipping carrier delays, etc.). We recommend tracking your order to stay updated on its status. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
